since we all talking about removing rev and speed cut... wat i've read so far is that ECU remapping can remove or change the limit... anybody wanna try..

Hey guys, almost involve in road accident last saturday..damn. Was in KESAS from s.alam to cheras that day, cruising at 130km/h on rightmost lane with a car tagging behind me. I came to a roadblock somewhere in the middle, so i slowed down and went to the middle lane.

The car behind me b4 didnt change lane, n he slowed down n came to halt..just beside me. N then few seconds later, heard screetching sound n BANG!! Another car just rammed into the 1st car beside me from behind...the front car practically lift off a bit n swerved just in front of me, the car at the back swerved to the side barrier. I was stunned like 1 min there, thinking what if they crashed into my car instead! Damn, I was so lucky ler...

So, I went out make sure they r ok...then drove off with kinda blank mind. What if they crashed into my car...just 1 week old...    

Why the hell they did a roadblock with no converging cones bit by bit so that ppl can be aware of roadblocks earlier?? It was a damn highway in the middle of the nite....ppl drives fast, n they did the roadblock like it is single lane trunk road...

ooo... N1 racing was da one doing the advertisment in Hypertune... ECU remapping...

oh is it nearby the shah alam???....they block the fast lane.....left the slow and middle lane....day time still can aware..but night time..if some cars with dim/short beam light...then..nothing to say d..even they drive 80/90km coz until u reach the block...its too late..

just came back from PE show room at kepong to sign my car loan agreement.,
quite disappointed to the SA there,
when i read through the agreement,
my SA applied for the loan 9year (i choose 7year loan,when i place booking)...
and the most important thing is, he apply loan for 2008 car(i did mentioned that i want 2009 car when place booking)
then i ask the SA why why why???
he just keep eh ah oh erm and keep bring me turn around the garden...
and said that can amend it after all...
ok..
then when after i sign all..
i ask him got car alr or not,
he said that, he didnt get any reply from HQ...
he started to say there is discount for 2008 car up to rm3.5k...waja cps Mt blue agate...and can get it fast in few day(i place booking for 2009 twilight blue)
i suspect from the beginning he is planning to make me take the 2008 car
(the booking fees receipt also state that "waja cps mt 2008 blue agate")...

i'm thinking of complaining this to proton i-care..how u guys think??

hmm...i think their boss is push the SA to sell the 2008 unit,cause i know still got alot waja cps 2008 unit,
haiz..sucks SA .....3.5k discount i admit was attract me to think bout it...just hate that got the feeling being cheated by  SA...

these 2-3 mths many things due so i'm outta juice.. hehehe

lgs, dun be surprised. but twilight blue i dun think can get the 2008 model coz its quite a 'HOT' colour... unless like mine... it was stored for like 6 mths coz a seat was damaged n waiting claim warranty from HQ.

But wonder the will void warranty a not =.=

i do agree with sphiroth abt upgrading the spring rates after going the "boat kayakking" during the recent genting hill climb. i think my last wira was better... or was it becoz wira is slower so dun feel the "boat" effect?  my car swerving from left to right n vice versa.. skill not good too!

i've been thinking also.. maybe the waja is higher than other cars, so the centre of gravity is higher too making the whole car easier to wobble around under hard cornerings...

btw.. tat is a nice rim.. too bad no moo-lah for these few mths...

hey guys..just want to ask...when is the appropiate time for checking the engine oil level??..this morning i check it show full...but after i came back from class and the engine is hot..i check again and the oil level shows overfill...over the full indicator....so which is correct??....cold engine or hot engine after long drive...

u shouldn't be checking oil levels esp when engine is hot. must wait at least 1-2 hrs for all the oil to flow back into the oil sump. that is the most accurate level. checking in the morning (obviously after the car has stopped overnight) is even better because all the oil would have flowed down into the oil sump already.

I plan to buy only the R3 springs first and use it with oem damper. is that ok?   using R3 springs, the car will be lowered automatically?

Hmm..seems like optimum ride height to me. Had any bump scrapping experience bro sphiroth? Coz originally i thot R3 springs would be too low. 

How low will my car go? standard ground clearance is 150mm. with r3 spring it will be reduced to...?

How About R3 Sport Absorber and R3 Sport Spring ? anyone had a tried ?

My car currently at 2k KM. Was wondering what kind of fuel consumption you guys experienced? My car runs at about RM0.23/KM (RM80 gives me about 340 to 350 KM). Is this normal? Some people say it'll get better after 5k service. True?
