Mix with cold water, never mix with hot water. If u wan more cals, add with Skim milk or lowfat milk, u get more cals and proteins from it and it tastes good when choc & milk mixed together.

Hi nkforce, these drinks does not help you pack on weight by them self, if you just drink these supplements without getting a proper diet from your daily food intake, i can honestly say its hard for u to pack on weight.

What i suggest as many others will do, try to split your time for meals, try taking 6 - 7 meals a day, every 2 -3 hours a meal, so that you are always filled with protein and carbs, and then blend in the gainer between meals will definitely pack on some serious mass, if you are determined and serious about gaining weight, lift heavy and eat proper.

Why eat 6 -7 meals in a small portion? Imagine you throwing in a chunk of charcoal into the fireplace, it is going to take forever to burn that chunk of charcoal, but what if you break it down to smaller pieces? Surely it's gonna burn faster, everything breaks down faster.

I hope this little tip that has pack on some serious mass on my self would help you.
