Hi, I'm Roy, was thinking to lift up my weight and mucles since I'm 174cm with only 56kg.
I have been gooogling on how to gain weight and build up muscles, but yeilds very little results on which one to go. So bro, any advice for me? I have been a skinny person since childhood, as well.
So, Whey Protein or Mass Gainner is best to put me on weight in short period of time?
