bata boss..how come the cytosport muscle milk or gainer is 6lbs but then the serving only 18 0r 32 while ON around 5lbs but the serving is 77...

its normal for gainer to have small serving per tub compared to whey. Cytogainer is not just protein, also contains lots of other stuff. Serving size is 150grams while ON Whey 30.4 grams.
When you put too much into something you cant expect them to be "small" in size. Take ANimalPak for example, they're multi-vits, but why hella big compared to normal multivits? coz they put high dosage in a lot of other stuff in there.

In case of protein, you need to calculate how much protein in there, if the percentage is low, they put other blend in there
ON they just put whey. how to calculate? you divide grams of protein needed in one serving with their serving sive * 100


ON 100% Whey
Grams protein utk 1 serving = 24 g
Berat untuk 1 serving = 30.4
Percentage pure protein = 78.94 %

i am looking for some nice flavour whey which i have try ON choco mint and mocha..but i dun really like it do you have any to recommend?

aishh...u not coffee lover? i got some good reviews on mocha cappucino and coffee woo
if u like oreo = cookies & cream
if u like choc + a bit caramel'ish taste = chocolate coconut

other than that, i have double rich choc, its self explanatory, chocolate
