hi, that is normal and part of Lipo6 side effects. Not all people will experience the same, depends on your tolerance level on the ingredients.

as for the elevated heart rate, its normal amongst my customer, usually worn off within 3 days, the shaking, never happen though, although listed.
If the effects continue for 2 weeks, you may discontinue from consuming the products.
