there is no FAT gainer. who in the right mind want to be fat and obese? even if you want you will regret this later.
usually i gruoup into 2 section, lean mass gainer (calories around 5-600) and bulk gainers (over 1k calories)

if you are skinny fat you better off with Lean Gainers

hi, if you look last page actually i WAS way skinnier than you are. You have actualyl good genes, i can see broad shoulder frame there.

You need to use bulk gainers. We have IA HardMass and GN RealMass now. I personally prefer the taste of RealMass, HardMass if u prefer the taste like dark chocolate.
Their macros more or less the same.

ANd please do more compounds in your training.
