OUR MODUS OPERANDI :

this is how we operate, to those who never deal with us.

1) Use web shopping cart, respective thread or email for order. Ordering through SMS will have higher chance of missing orders, since there's no record on HP

2) Shipment will be shipped on the same day if payment made BEFORE 4PM. This is our main business, not part time income so what does that tell you? Your satisfaction is our MAIN PRIORITY, we will try very hard to ship on the same day.

3) Courier will come to our office every day for pick up 4PM onwards. STOP TELLING US when to post the orders.

4) Tracking will be provided 5PM onwards, STOP ASKING the tracking early in the morning. You may interrupt with the packing process and your question will be probably ignored.

5) ETA is 2 FULL WORKING DAYS for main cities. If not arrive AFTER 2 days, let us know, we will try contacting the courier and their branches to find out about the shipment. We will make sure special attention given to the late shipment. Worst things happen we will refund your money.

6) You're bank-in your money to corporate account which linked to bank and registered with SSM. What does that tell you? If WE CON YOU, you can easily tracked us with the help of local police.
So rest assured we will take care of the orders.
