More or less they are the same. Brand preferences maybe go for taste or how well they mix. Sure, some got diff blend from others but thats it.

Why is no point to workout if you underweight may i ask? I started workout when i was 38kg, i could barely lift the Oly bar. You need stimulant and building blocks to grow if you're underweight.
