actually is quite hard to judge one protein supplement just on one tub. Getting lean mass is HARD, and if you gain a little, that is good already.
how lean you want your body is? and u have any idea whats your BF level is?
if you want really ripped until can see 6 packs, must at least aim <10% bf. Cut down on your carbs and your workout if include a lil cardio at the end will help.

whey is for your recovery, getting lean fast maybe u can add fat burner.
as for recommendation on whey, ON is good enough, maybe u want sumthing else, NitroTech or MuscleMilk.
