Im thinking to buy a pc for Oc and gaming for 3300.
Is intel better or AMD? Just plan for mild Oc.

I dont mind AMD but I see the 940 is 850 ringgit.
Motherboard is 350 for biostar gx. is this good?
I just bought saphire 4870.

The respond from this thread is better than Intel.
So in conclude to pick amd as you all seems so helpful.
For me both is just brand and anyone could get me a good working gaming pc is fine.

My budget is around 1100 to 1200 for processor and motherboard. Phenom 2 is too pricey for me.

Intel thread is useless.
I manage OC with standard voltage 3.6ghz.
But I m not very sure how to OC more. Dreaming of a nice 4Ghz.

Just manage to push my e8400 to 4Ghz using 1.35v. Should I push more. Its now at 40c.
Im thinking a normal day to day use. Please suggest.
