is there any evaluation win vista so i can test my lappy suitable for this OS?and how long evaluation period ? blink.gif

u jsut get a windows vista cd and install without keying in the cd-key. its evaluation version then. 30 days trial if i not mistaken

Last time when Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 is hot like hotcakes, linkinstreet hosted it somewhere on the Internet, but as for now, there's no trials that you can download from Microsoft, only Windows Server 2008 evaluation is available (that got out the same time with Vista SP1). So just get the install disk from a friend and install without entering product key, so you'll get 30 days evaluation. Btw, why don't you try Windows7 since it's out already? hmm.gif

still beta.
i would suggest go wif vista 1st.
since for me, it doesnt cost anything. brows.gif
