thats y i prefer go and scold after few attempts.
but most important, u need to joint down the time, tel. no. called and person spoke to. then only they layan u coz they know that its their staff not doing the job and not u go complaint without doing easy calling.

why call me to her counter at first place since she want to put makeup. after put mekap then call me also can mah.

another occasion another kedai tenaga where the phone keeps ringing and a person ask the guy "u not going to pick up" the guy actually answer "nvm lah.. sure abt complaint one...later pick up also can". the person who ask face then look like 'like that also can ah'
