I received an invitation from OCBC banks today. OCBC credit card holders are entitled for 5% discount.

I am interested in business, investment, motivation books. Anyone been to their previous book sales before? Appreciate if anyone can share their experience if these books are readily available there. From their facebook photos, it seems like there are a lot of novels on sales. I am from Johor, so it is kinda far to go there and I do not wish to be disappointed going there on purpose just to find that the genre of books I wanted are limited.

Yes business books are definitely available there at the BBW sale

Another BBW sale coming up on the 24th Nov, but I don't quite understand, is that on invitation basis only or otherwise? Pretty confusing :s

that's the BBW Aftermath Sale, they are clearing all the books left from the sale, only rm5 each

Big Bookshop having warehouse clearance at Subang Avenue (next to Carrefour). Until 19 Feb I think. Mass paperback going for RM 5, B Formats going for RM 8, Hardcover RM 10 (I think). Children books as well, a few RM only. A lot of primary/secondary school revision books. Quite a good selection of fiction, and across the board. I spend RM 97 for about 15 books (a number of Bernard Cornwell and Ian Rankin). Parking is free. Hope that helps.

Today I went to Heaven . Today I went to Big Bad Wolf Mega book sale at The Mines . The sale is until 23rd December .

So how is the sale there? Similar to amcorp or cheaper?

I'm looking for Tintin and asterisk ... any there?

Never been to Amcorp before so I cannot comment . But at Bigbadwolf , most paperbacks are RM 8 . I really like the 60 hours non stop books sales where you can go to Bigbadwolf sales in the middle of the night to avoid the big crowd during the day .
