Actually there are differences between Uni and college Not saying all local U's are bad, but I certainly don't agree with a lot of their policies. Study should be given priority, not discipline nor looks

You are learning to be part of the community in the outside while in Uni, if everything need to be guided then how are people going to face the world by themselves in the outside world? If you are easily influenced in Uni, it will be reflected in your study report, if you are influenced (bad means) in the outside world then you are straight to jail. Think about it.
