Ok guys, this is what exactly that is happening in this case. Recently i surf Cari more than lowyat forum. I posted up an Iphone for sale there at RM2200. So a few buyers including this conwoman contacted me up. Others have been trying to negotiate the price by offering me ridiculous price, but Vivian is fine with it. Then i gave her my contact number and from there onwards, she SMS me all the way until we met up on 19th to collect the iphone. Too bad in those few days something is wrong with my line, so i couldn't reply her nor call her. So everytime she SMS me i had to get a public phone to call her up. Or else she will call me if she din get my reply.

After we both agree on the deal, she requested if she can pay the amount of money by slowly bank in to my account. After a deep thoughts, i said ok. Then she asked for my personal details saying she needs to bank in such an big amount of money to me beforehand hoping that i would understand. Since i'm not trying to cheat anyone, i gave her all my details- Bank account No, my IC number, my residential add & etc.

After getting all the details that she needs, she then started to bank in the money to me at night on the 18th. I've been waiting for her to inform me concerning she had banked in the money to me but she din. So i thought maybe she wants to cancel off the deal or she will do it by morning. So i went to bed. The next morning when i checked my hp, there was a sms from her. Saying she had bank in a total of RM1450 to me. It was around 4am when she SMS me. In the SMS she also asked if we can meet up to collect the iphone that day. She said if she couldnt bank in the rest of the amount to me before we meet up, then she will pay the balance when we meet up. After i checked and confirmed, i called her back using a public phone to let her know and we arrange a time to meet up at Sunway Pyramid at around 7pm.

At around 6something, she asked if i can meet her at her car outside Sunway Pyramid cos she's in a hurry so she dont want to waste the time of finding parking lot and get down.I said ok. Then i got into her car and since she was in a hurry, she had a brief and quick check. I kept reminding her to check properly cos i do not want any problem later saying the iphone here got scratch, this and that is not working. Then she said it's ok. Since she said that, i've nth more to say. So she paid me the balance of total RM750. So i got off her car and they drove away.

Since then i nvr contact her, neither did she. I din know TS opened this thread until my fren told me. Was in a big shock when i knew it. Luckily my fren gave him my contact number and we talked over the phone this morning. Anyway operatiocwal, sorry for all the trouble.

Added on January 21, 2009, 8:18 pmOne more thing. My IC number is real. I know many of u think that it's fake IC or I'm a shemale. That's not true. I got this IC number since 12. And i wanted to change it. But when i told the Jabatan Pendaftaran, they said cannot simply change. I need to apply this and that and go through many proccesses. Even if so, they wont neccesarily change for me. Cos IC number cannot be changed simply. The number can only be changed if the government approve it. If any of u guys do not believe it, u all are most welcome to call Jabatan Pendaftaran or any department tht u guys think is appropriate to check out and confirm.

polis report made tis afternoon. No report -SG.WAY/000925/09 will try upload the report cos the pic i take very blur. will try 2 get a scanner n upload it.

This Lynette girl has been cheating money since 2009, she is now in KL although her ic is from miri. She was from class 2002 Miri CHung Hua. I think she is making a living through cheating. She promised will pay me back my money but i completely cannot trust her. Its not very big amount but i will make sure i sue her in court and block her from leaving KL/Malaysia. I am sure with so many complaints in lowyat.net about her, the police will definitely take action. Her parents will be informed and she will be put to jail soon, she thought she could get away with it so many years?
