anyway, for themes u can use sony ericsson's theme creator. can download from SE developer's site. or just google it.
its good enough for average users.
actually, for themers, knowing how to use photoshop is more important as you will need to create n resize pictures n stuff...

if ur lazy, like me, go to deviantart and search for "c905 themes". or just go to the links provided in the 1st page. =D

haha. yes... i found out thru my friend's blog n her pictures of her lovely C905.

most probably they hav a special setting so that only certain ip addresses can access their network.
the wireless in my office also like that. no worries if u can connect to ur own home wireless..

i think it will use wifi as long as you put "allow local connection" as "on"
so far i have 3g settings and wifi at the same time, i haven't been charged.

apps can be easily dlded from the web. just search it.
SE provides some of the softwares tat's already in the phone, so, juz go browse thru SE's site.

btw, u guys can increase batt life by reducing the screen brightness... mine set at minimum also still can see quite clearly. in fact, still a lil too bright if used at complete dark room.

my phone can last 2 days+. sometimes i even play games intensively to finish up the battery. haha.

btw, the review in the star ytd is not good la. C905 is suppose to be a cybershot flagship phone... i wud've wished tat they emphasized on the camera more. and also, i think the screen is 2.4" no?

update from home. its free. unless u count the electricity and internet bill. haha.
just read a few posts up and you'll find a software called "Sony Ericsson Update Service" (SEUS). then juz google it, download it, and follow the instructions.

just updated my firmware! whee!

if really hardware problem then i think ur phone is seriously 1 in a 100000 maybe.

yeah...3g and gprs is not the same as wifi. as wifi uses another chip/ hardware.
best way is to set up ur connection manually following the instructions in the manual on your home wireless. Make sure your home wireless allows your phone to connect to the network. (that, i dunno how. but mine works by default).

if all else fails, send to shop..most probably hardware ler...

besides, there's a setting at the "communications" there under "network" i think...
can choose between GSM and 3G.
make sure u choose the GSM/3G one.

btw, 3G eats battery faster than GSM... so...for me, i turn off 3G all the time. XD
