here's 2 pictures i took from my phone..
notice the very slight blue tint patch in the middle that changed the colour...
its more prominent when i take photo of white things under bright light source..
i confirmed tat its not software problem as i've used several different camera drivers.
most probably hardware... =/

and flash at ur own risk k? i shall not be responsible for any mishaps. but i flashed quite alot of times edi still no prob tho. hehe. use A2uploader.

btw, those camera drivers are made by eltoffer or esato forums... NOT me. so, dun thank me, dun ask me to change it, etc. im just a leech XD haha

Wow there's 3 of them?I am confused! shocking.gif Can anyone explained detaily wat each of them does and which is the best?I am not satisfy with the current result of my camera...the quality taken seems not as good as they said.. cry.gif
*
all of them have the same colour reproduction, settings, etc. Just that the 1st 2 have manual ISO. But to have manual ISO, u need to sacrifice a menu in ur camera settings.
the 1st one sacrifice the white balance. Means, u get to change the ISO value in ur white balance menu.
the 2nd one sacrifice the effects. Means, u get to change the ISO value in ur effects menu.
3rd one, is auto ISO. Means u still have ur original menus, etc, but u dun have the option to change ur ISO.

understand? =D

i cant get the driver to work. now i have three driver in my system, 2 ori and 1 is the mod one
*
ah... u must replace the ori driver wif the new one.
before u copy the new camera driver into ur ifs/settings/camera.... make sure the file is named "camdriver0"
then it will replace the ori file. =D

@ian90: thanks alot

the picture quality was marvelous!! rclxm9.gif  there is a significant reduction in noise compare to the original driver, too bad must do it all again after updating the phone. shakehead.gif  according to the forumer there, SE is going to release a better cam driver for the next update.

mine was ap...but i get this hp at november like tat last year,.....dead pixel, speaker problem, keypad, restart automatically, now the screen sometimes bcm green which i dunno why??firmware?!!!???
*
dead pixel and speaker problem is probly hardware prob.
restart and screen problem is software prob.

Hardware, straight away go original SE service centre to fix la. Pay same price, guarantee job done.
Software problem u hav 2 ways to solve.
1. Go SE service centre ask them to flash it to latest local firmware. Must pay of course.
OR
2. Go internet, find out how to flash ur firmware, download it and flash urself for free. =D

i've been using it since january this year. bought it when it 1st came out.
it's not that its not tactile anymore. it is the keypad that is coming off. the top layer...
coz it's not sticky underneath it anymore.

hello people! so long didnt come here edi...
so far after repairing my phone for the unsticky keypad, everything's fine up till now...
just a reminder to other C905 users though... the metal/plastic piece at the top n bottom of the camera slider...
it can be easily bent...and when it does... it might get hooked onto ur pocket and snap - break...
tat's wad happened to 2 of my friends...
mine bengkok abit edi... hopefully wont catch onto anything. =p
good luck!

hellow people... long time no post here.
Im one of the 1st original C905 user in Msia... bought it at RM1720...
now the phone still functions OK. Definitely lost the WOW factor already...
Let me sum up the user experience after um... 1 year+ of usage..

Pros:
-Good basic phone
-Above average media functions
-No lags in user interface
-Above average camera

Cons:
-Slider form factor (will get loose)
-Paint peeling off (At the navigation D-pad)
-Stupid stupid fast port (unstable, dodgy connection after few months)
-Keypad sux keypad sux keypad sux
-Not much modding available...(since so little people use it)
