Ieframe.dll Error Messages on Vista

"Res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm#"
"File Not Found C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\IEFRAME.DLL" recent my vista had this problem when i go online, same thing happen for IE and Firefox. i can use my msn and ping to DNS but can't surf the web. this happens after i install SP1. anyone experience this? |

Run --> Regedit, Edit --> find ieframe.dll\1, enter to edit the value and
change ieframe.dll\1 for ieframe.dll |
| Change to: |  0.0154sec
 0.70
