Just finished Foul by Andrew Jennings about corruption in FIFA. Good read and just goes to show how many crooks there are out there.
Am attempting to finish Audition by Ryu Murakami... was too chicken to watch the movie which involves sado-torture so i thought i'd read this instead. The other book I read of his was 'in the miso soup' which reminded me of bret easton ellis's American Psycho.

QUOTE(milleu @ May 18 2009, 01:58 PM) Reading The River of Lost Footsteps by Thant Myint U.It's about Mynammar history. Pretty good but might be terribly boring for someone not interested in history.. Which part of Myanmar's History? I might be interested if it's specifically on the post-war pre-independence period and general Aung San. Was in Myanmar over the weekend on business and as usual, i didn't see anything except for the hotel..

Just want to recommend Suzanne Collin's Hunger Games trilogy, don't normally read young adult, but I heard that it was quite dark and disturbing. Just finished it after 3 days of solid reading. Please read it before the movie comes out next year.
