Picked up John Le Carre A Perfect Spy from my local library. The inter play between characters/narrator first and third voice threw me off in the early chapters. Sticking through it paid off. I am enjoying it now.

QUOTE(ken_zie @ May 30 2024, 12:09 PM) I am currently reading Kafka on the Shore. This is my first Haruki Murakami book. I picked it up while travelling in Frankfurt as I got bored at night. The book is weird, and I'm not sure if I fully understand it the full context of it. Murakami never ceases to impress me. It is always a weird and stranger events in his books. Hope you'll give a second chance. |
