Finished 'We Are Okay' by Nina LaCour, i love the book, very simple yet full of inspiration for life, for who we really are and finding ourselves.
Next read: The Penelopiad by Margaret Atwood. Heard about the author and finally lucky enough got it exchanged with my Terry Pratchett book during the kl book on the move event smile.gif

Just finished 'The Song Of Achilles' by Madeline Miller, like the title, it's a story about the Greek God Achilles. In my opinion, the story very interesting, heartbreaking and bittersweet :')
Next will be reading 'Circe' also by Madeline Miller (guess i am addicted on her writing :x)

1984 By George Orwell. The book is now in public domain in most countries except USA, so it can be found for free or bought really cheap.

A story set in a dystopia controlled by a totalitarianism government party. We get to experience the dystopia through the protagonist who starts to gain individuality and starts to rebel.

I would highly recommend this book to everyone. Even though the book was written in 1949 the themes are still very relevant and somewhat relatable today.

I like the animal farm too, by the same author 😁

Sometimes I wonder if she is still writing her own book, or she just hires ghostwriters.
But as far as her fame goes, she can write anything she wants and people will still buy it. She no longer has a care in the world about profitability!

She did! This book is her latest work, previously was Ickabog also a book for children haha
