Ganbate. I hope to restart my Gardens of the Moon too. Some people actually have the opinion that newbies should start at Bk 2.

which books??? a walk to remember, headhunters or confession of a shopaholic???
i love reading books that inspired a movie director to bring it to silver screen b'coz i just can't stop myself comparing them.... wink.gif
most of it are better from the movie but for a confession of a shopaholic, i prefer the movie than the book.... biggrin.gif

currently i started reading 'my sister's keeper - jodi picoult'...

It's a tragic love story.....
high school guy (Landon) desperately asked the last girl he thought he would fall for (Jamie) to prom on their final year of school....
the only thing that jamie asked from landon is not to fall in love with her and landon agreed on that because he thought it was easy...
they're also in the same drama class for some sort of christmas show...
Jamie is like an angel to everyone because of her sweet n innocent personality...
different with Landon who is a bad guy (not really bad actually)....
day by day of their spending time together working on the drama, they get closer to each other...
his live changed a lot since he knew her....then landon felt in love with jamie.....
and after that he got to know that jamie had a leukemia....she only had a few months to live...
because landon so deeply in love with her and he knew that jamie's dream is to get married, he didn't care if she was sick....
finally he proposed her when she's very sick on her bed....they married by jamie's father (reverend sullivan) in church...
Jamie slowly made her way down to aisle with his father supported as she barely walked on herself and that was a walk to remember...
well....the ending is, jamie is dead of course n landon grew old with the memories and love that never vanished....
