A friend recommended the classical "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscal Wilde. I'm getting immensely attracted by the storyline that I brought it everywhere with me

I'm reading an amazing piece written by Philip Zimbardo & John Boyd, The Time Paradox. In short it is about psychology of time. It suggest new perspectives on how we perceive time.

The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
Got it during the MPH clearance sales last month. Great find. If you like mysteries that are quick-witted and not too drawn out, this book is for you. |

Just finished Foul by Andrew Jennings about corruption in FIFA. Good read and just goes to show how many crooks there are out there.
Am attempting to finish Audition by Ryu Murakami... was too chicken to watch the movie which involves sado-torture so i thought i'd read this instead. The other book I read of his was 'in the miso soup' which reminded me of bret easton ellis's American Psycho. |

Now reading on Karen Miller's
Kingmaker,Kingbreaker series. It started off a bit slow but by the middle, the character and the world starts to grow on you. A particularly talented author she is. I have also finished another book written by her in another pseudonym K.E. Mills - Rogue Agent series Funny read which turns exciting by the middle |

Foley is Good.
Got it cheap in the MPH sale. RM20.00 for a hardcover. Worth every ringgit if you're a wrestling fan like me, LOL! |

I am reading Deception Point by Dan Brown
A very famous author, equally famous book NASA has made an amazing discovery that has made history around the world. A young woman however uncovers the truth about the discovery and is trying to find out who is behind the deception.. My favourite Dan Brown book is still Angels and Demons though Unputdownable Rating: 7.5/10 @fire: I propose a rating system so in a way we can see what books other Lowyatians are recommending as a good read |
