parcel - packages, but usually if ur packages small can fit into envelope- reg post i think

3. How do you count the volumetric weight for poslaju? The formula
4. Has anyone successfully claimed the insurance for Poslaju before?? Is it for lost parcels or damaged parcels? Also, do you need a receipt or anything to prove how much the item is worth to claim? So for an RM 100 item, would you rather write RM 100 for insurance or lie about it so the postman wont steal it?
i think its stated somewhere, they pay out max rm 200.00 only. ( kinda hard ) its ur words vs them...they can say,, u pack alrady damage this that. surely need the receipt and track
