 No more Free for iTunes Account, what is the alternative way for us?

Dear all...just wondering has anyone encounter while register new iTunes Account, the "None" setting has missing on "Payment Method" pages? hmm.gif

I remember i still that setting before i get my phone..but i failed to register due to connection problem. sad.gif

Anyone encounter same prob? cry.gif i need help here!
