Although the major changes that we have in Windows Vista can be considered to be the themes especially the Aero effect, it can be possible that people will want to have new themes to use on their version of Windows.
By default, Windows Vista has two themes namely the Windows Classic and Windows Vista.
Windows classic is a theme that will make Vista look and act as the Classic version of Windows such as XP. The Vista theme is a more ?modern? and more elaborated.

How to change theme in Windows Vista:

* Click on Start
* Go to Control Panel
* Then Click on Appearance and personalization
* Click Personalization
* Click Theme
* Select your favorite theme
* Click OK

Adding third party themes

If you want to add, themes from other developers then you will have to download them and then select them from the Personalization tab.

Customizing your own themes

Themes are combinations of desktop background, system sounds and icons that give your system a personalized feel. If you want to make your own then you can save your system settings into a theme.

* Click save as
* Input a name for the theme
* Click on save

Now you have a custom Vista theme.
