That's where i started.
Of course, you do need a considerable amount of programming skills before venturing into the psp programming world. It's not hard at all. You just need either C, C++, or lua. Those are the main programming languages used for the psp.

thanks for the link. i'll be trying this tonite. im a programmer myself. So hopefully can pull this off. Maybe can make homebrew with u.
