interested to buy this apartment for investment maybe for couple of years before get in..is this a good idea..maybe u all can give a comment especially who live the about the environment and rental and services fee.

Mayland is not known for its property development.
During the initial launch , they were hard selling the clubhouse .."free membership"
When i asked them if that implied that clubhouse is not common property, the staff went beating round the bush.
Either they were not upfront about it or the staff didn't understand what 'common property" meant.

As i understand, this project has got many units.
The built-up area and price ranges are very varied, from 500 + sf to 4 bedroom units.
Like I said earlier, they couldn't give me satisfactory answers to Qs like:

1) are all the units sitting one 1 piece of land or different parcels?
2) Which part of the whole scheme comes under common areas/facilities?

Also, think the land is zone commercial.

Check out the place and see if u like it. what's the occupancy like?
How much is the service charge?

place is quiet ok..service charge around 1something...btw i see almost whole unit is full
