Uh, never happened to me. I have both up all the time
Latest version of both. Try updating if you don't have them at their latest versions.

after i install and update, the services all stop and cant be started back.

KAV not working well with windows 7 on my laptop!
However, KIS is working well on my desktop with windows 7!

My laptop is using windows 7 home premium and the desktop is windows 7 ultimate

windows live messenger 2009 got issues in win7 ? (im using win7 rtm)

always crashes...(problems : bex, stackhash, mvrsrt90 or something like that)

I'm currently using a Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 without any issues, my 2009 had issues though.

I used Antivir Free Edition for my anti virus but it failed due to message shown incompatible. Anyone can list the software successfully installed in Windows 7:

Hi Dude, I was using AntiVir Free Edition for my Windows 7 in both lappy and desktop, it work perfectly.
