starcraft - color issue

fix. kill explorer before you run the game from task manager.

u will lose the task bar

After the game
then press ctrl+alt+del
file -> run. Type explorer. all return to normal.

kmplayer runs very slow on x64.
solution: use built in player with x64 external codec.

lenovo y410 power management will not work correctly on x64
solution:use vistax64 driver for later model(y5xx) and run on vista compatibility mode.

my K50IN install 64bit also have problem with

1.WLAN (cannot turn off using shortcut Fn+F2)
2.Audio drivers cannot used


By the way i try install windows7 32bits or 64bits on Asus K50IN notebook also have the same problem.

Anyone got problem with the Codec Pack installed in the Windows 7. I'm currently using the K-lite codec full version ( latest ).

Every time I start my video, the entire windows 7 will blink and change to windows 7 basic instead of windows 7 Aero. Suspect the windows media classic is not compatible with Aero version.

There should be no problem with K-Lite as I am using it too. Try updating your video driver.

change your video renderer type.

Ceasar 4 cant be run at all. When try to run the game, a box will popup said sumthing like directx not compatible.
But after i installed Championship Manager 2010, i reinstalled the Ceasar 4 and it runs like normal!

*i installed both of the games using the compatibility mode

IIRC Championship Manager 2010 will install DX 9 compatibility layer for Windows 7 DX 10.
Thus, all the other DX 9 games will detect DX 9 properly in order to play and install correctly.

I bought for myself 500GB Buffalo Encryption External HD. And the driver do not run in 7 64-bit. But works ok on 32-bit. Luckily still able to use it.

Had problems with 7-Zip 9.10 beta on my Windows 7 Ultimate RTM build 7600 install.

Couldn't set up 7-Zip as the default compression software when checking the check boxes in options. The check boxes are unchecked eventhough I have checked all and saved them.

Had no problems with 7-Zip 4.65 though.

Are you sure it's incompatibility problem? Have you tried the 7-zip beta on other OS like Windows XP or Windows Vista first? To me, looks like it's a problem with 7-zip itself since it's beta, not Windows 7, so this can't be classified as incompatible.

My PS2 Eyetoy is not compatible with Wnidows 7 64bit. I think got to keep the item in the rack from now on.
