but in oversea , thats their diet wor.
they make prouts and cooked beans for them. and fruits, necter n nuts. the beans i mention is those dry bean like kidney bean and so on. tomorrow see if i can get the list hehhee.. then i post it up |

lol no no... of cos not taugeh.. yes i means all the seed n bean from organic shop to make sprouts
because not all seed n bean can be sprout. some is poisoning when its in sprout stage. those will need to be cooked. |
