I'm in a pretty similar position as u on the importance of 3 main criteria of a hp xcept the touchscreen part.
After much research, I found out tat there are many SE handphones in the market tat are as good as G900 such as G705 and W705.
Both having WiFi and decent camera quality. Most importantly, the price range is quite close.
I know this is a G900 thread and i shouldnt be complementing on other models but i just want to know if W705 prevails G900 in terms of overall performance and reliability because i've been hearing too much complain on the frequent touchscreen malfunction.
To be honest, I've personally tried out the G900 and the owner told me tat he sent his g-baby back to the factory 4 repair on the touchscreen after only a month of usage. Same scenario (touchscreen problem) happened to another fren of mine.

i see... its true that having a touchscreen for WiFi.
Any1 here knows how fast can a G900 surf the internet? The max speed tat G705 can handle is 5megabit/second.

Omg.... are u serious? How can tat be? dis is such a high-tech hp.. i tot there is a flash software we can install 2 be able to put flash as wallpaper?

Added on April 8, 2009, 3:52 pmi think the evident of the lagness is, upon starting the hp, even at the screen to key in my sim card pin, i can see my sim pin in clear key..its laggy enough to expose the pin in clear key before it got encryted haha more updates from u please, after u played thoroughly with the hp.. |

i really want 2 buy this hp as it supports wifi and able 2 read pdf files.
its really convenient 2 be able to read pdf on ur hp when ure not by the com...

btw may i know does the Apps, Games, Themes, Mods, in Persian Forum Symbian UIQ applicable 4 the G900? i saw some iphone apps but it only says "Symbian UIQ P990,P1,G700,G900,M600,W950,W960,Z8,Z10."
and is there a dictionary app for G900?
