that is strange. most cases are problems with people not getting signal when the 3G is enabled but yours is the other way around. so have you updated your phone yet? is it under warranty. hopefully its not an antenna issue and can be solved easily. G900 right? ori set?

maybe you got a virus? the best option is to update your phone. hopefully you will be able to backup your phone. because the update will wipe your phone memory clean. most of the time.

that happened to me once before. i think its a memory issue. it restarts to clear the cache and what not. not sure about the display issue though. maybe you have some software that is hogging all the resources in your phone?

i think you should backup your phone and then do an update. thats the best tip we can give you regarding this. try uninstall third party software too i guess.

quite good the video. the second one is better. the first one i dunno whats going on ahahhaha. but second one is good. makes me wish i went to the concert looks fun la.

yeah thats a dark brown set. if you look at it at a certain light it will look brown.


well if the tiang talipon logo is in the status bar and it is active. and the globe is blinking then you are probably using wifi.
if your tiang talipon is grey. or not even in the status bar but the globe icon is blinking you are probably using GPRS/GSM
if your tiang talipon is grey, or not in status bar. globe icon is blinking and 3G icon is also in status bar then you are probably using 3G.

sounds like standard computer type problems. lucky there is the option always to reinstall firmware heheheh.

there is no way to check if your firmware is running well other than you actually using it and testing it out.
its very strange that you cannot use GSM signal only. from my experience in this thread everyone has problems getting reception when 3G is enabled. same with mine. so i keep my phone on GSM only.

@sinz the issue you are having is because "back" is not a close button. its just to go back to the previous screen or application. you either have to exit the application using the "more" option or close it in task manager.

it ranges. some people bought at 8XX some 9XX for the ap set. check the garage sales i guess. currently the average i got from there was around 1000-1050 for ap set. but i dunno if its really that much. seems to high for me.

yeah its pretty cool. but to tell you the truth. i never use it. hahaha. so malas. its kinda slow.

well not sooo slow if the object is still like in the youtube video. but it takes a bit longer. you can hear the lens focus and unfocus then focus again. whereas the other mode is just simple point and shoot. but if you have time and the target isnt moving. i suppose you could get some nice shots. havent really played wit the function yet. will do so and try post some shots sometime.

yup. works well. the phone was slow(lag) at first. but after a week of using it seems normal. its just you will really feel its slow when you switch from a standard phone to a touchscreen phone. thats simply just one of the drawbacks of touchscreen.
as to the hanging. my phone hangs maybe once a month. and only if im messing around with installation and all that stuff. if i use the phone regularly then it doesnt hang. only when i continuously install software. hanging is not an issue.

as for your friend having the phone and it having all these problems. they probably can all be solved by updating the phone. a lot of users that have hang issues havent updated their phones.
