i'm interested in looking for a toy dog, maybe maltese or yorkshire.... but i'm confused with some terms and why have a large price gap.... what is mal ch and what is top maltese? usually getting from champion parents a show quality will have what price and pet quality will have what price? how about getting from normal parents?

is it ethical for the breeder/seller to choose which vet for you to bring ur newly bought pup for checkup or can we as buyer choose on our own which vet we want to visit? coz wat if the seller already made dealings with the vet to fake a healthy report?
