QUOTE(White Palace @ Jan 30 2010, 01:23 PM) Perhaps you can house your maltese puppy indoor instead. Firstly the cleanliness since it is a long coat white dog. If your dog is exposed to the uncertain weather outside, especially when it is rainy days, it tends to get skin problems. Secondly safety reason. Dognap cases happen even for large breeds! Toy breeds are way too easy a target. Lastly but not least important, maltese is a very fragile breed and need lots of attentions and not as independent as other larger breeds. Placing a maltese outdoor might stress them out and stress is one of the main reason to make a dog's immune system falls which make the dog prone to diseases. thnks for your valuable info...i'll change the location to indoor and will monitor...yea you are ture, maltese are toy breeds n way to easy target... portico = main door way, pardon me,im not sure whether the spelling is correct or not.
