Hi, want to know if anyone puppy here tends to get excited when playing toys(like just nibbing) then turn around run away from the toys then come back to the toys nib again then run away.

Run in fast pace. sweat.gif
Is this normal for maltese puppy?

mine yes smile.gif
even when I gave her pieces of apple, she will bring it to her bed n chew then back to the bowl to take another one to chew at her bed.
Same with playing, sometimes when I'm too busy to play with her, she will entertain her self by playing like that or when I play with her she will run back here n there

Thanks for the reply. Then I not so worry already. sweat.gif
This only happen when I not free to play with her. laugh.gif

Besides apple and carrots, what other fruits can feed to maltese?

fruits that cant be fed is grape, raisin n kiwi, if not mistaken the seed will act as a toxic to their body?

I feed her apple that day, I don't know the apple still cool or what..she vomitted out all apples that she eat.. sweat.gif

I think not oni maltese puppy will do tis, my schnauzer play tis with my hands =="
Come and bite my hand then run away, then come again to bite my hand then run again...but oni playing bite, i oways scold her for doing tat...she quite a naughty girl...but when she play tat, she juz like a little human kid..hehe..

Sorry for posting here without owning a maltese =P

Hahaha, recently I also started to play with her with my hands only. She also can get very excited. laugh.gif
But when she accidentally bite little hard(which I can feel a bit pain) then I'll scold and hit her head liow.
Now whenever she realize she bite my hand, she will stop awhile then only continue play..at least she know she done wrong.. haha

Have u fed her apples before? Mine never vomited anything even I fed her with apples, pears, etc  tongue.gif
I think it depends on the dog itself, those who likes and not really sensitive can actually 'accept' the food which is given to them, but those who got sensitive stomach might not deal well with it smile.gif

But so far, mine ok with apples n pears and she loves it  wub.gif

Nope, it was the first time I gave her apples to eat. sweat.gif
But carrot she can take it without any problem.

did you feed with the skin?
how big a chunk did you give?
*
Without skin, small pieces lor. How to describe? sweat.gif

Another thing bout feeding your pet... just like any toddler, dont overfeed and dont let them be too hyper after eating (e.g. jump up and down the sofa), else they might vomit.

This might be the reason for my maltese, I guess. sweat.gif

It might be due to old ages or not enough sun smile.gif
Try to let ur maltese have some sun. It's good for them. Morning sun is the best~~
*
I search for it, and yeah might due to lack of sun. But also might become she has winter nose. sweat.gif
