No doubt about it, so far so many pet grooming that my friend pet tried they're the best for me. But about their boarding service, which they so called 6 star hotel..........i'm doubt about that. After few times i took my friend puppy for the grooming and with their nice renovation i believe the same way about the pet hotel on second floor.i visited their 6 star HOTEL. And i asked 2 times about the details and information of letting my friend dog stay over. All the information that i get was totally not what i expected when i take a first visit. Only the cleanliness for me they already lost 1 star then where's the rest 5 stars come from. That mean every pet shop can be a 6 star hotel??? how about MASkargo which they emphasize they're the world's one and only 6-star animal hotel. Dun feel like mention the rest, go take a visit for your pet, you'll know. By the way their services and attitude was fabulous , mm beside one person which i personally think are not lol

I agree with that .... at first I was also thinking the same...6 STAR hotel.....but it is really sucks !! PLEASE REALLY REALLY VISIT THE 2ND FLOOR FIRST BEFORE U PUT UR LOVE ONE THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yaya... when my fren mention she wan to board her dog there and wish to have a look on 2nd floor. They try to drag to other topic, try to avoid to explore their 2nd floor...

  if they can't even satisfied their own customer, how can be the best? 
Personally i still think friendly, supportive and who can treat everyone with full of respect will deserve the best! 

I believe you have gain enough criticism  from forumers in House of Poodle, can u please stop spoiling the peacefulness in this forum? We are here to learn n sharing among each other and not to entertain u. Pls respect us and @ the same time gain our own respect!
