I'm not being rude. But I just cant seem to accept the way you promoting Pet's Icon and said that it's the best groomer ever and bla bla bla.
Without you promoting like this I bet some people heard of Valerie@Pet's Icon before. But what u did is just made people felt sick because you kept look down on other groomers and only talk high for Pet's Icon.

And mind your words "Best groomer money can buy", there are no groomer money can buy. What we pay is for their services NOT buy them to be our groomer.

Plus, not all groomers are bad. Pls stop look down at other groomers. I'm not a groomer myself but i do believe there are others that pretty good in grooming but din show off their talents.

YES, please check us out. It has cctv u can see ur dogs all de time. They hv man taking care fo ur pets 24 hrs n de groomer there are oso 1st class 1. wat u think, de oni 6 star hotel in malaysia for dogs ok??? u r welcome to check them out!!!

No doubt about it, so far so many pet grooming that my friend pet tried they're the best for me. But about their boarding service, which they so called 6 star hotel..........i'm doubt about that. After few times i took my friend puppy for the grooming and with their nice renovation i believe the same way about the pet hotel on second floor.i visited their 6 star HOTEL. And i asked 2 times about the details and information of letting my friend dog stay over. All the information that i get was totally not what i expected when i take a first visit. Only the cleanliness for me they already lost 1 star then where's the rest 5 stars come from. That mean every pet shop can be a 6 star hotel??? how about MASkargo which they emphasize they're the world's one and only 6-star animal hotel. Dun feel like mention the rest, go take a visit for your pet, you'll know. By the way their services and attitude was fabulous , mm beside one person which i personally think are not lol

I agree with that .... at first I was also thinking the same...6 STAR hotel.....but it is really sucks !! PLEASE REALLY REALLY VISIT THE 2ND FLOOR FIRST BEFORE U PUT UR LOVE ONE THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if they can't even satisfied their own customer, how can be the best?
Personally i still think friendly, supportive and who can treat everyone with full of respect will deserve the best!

I went to PI before with cutevb to do grooming for our kids but it seems that it was a busy day for them so both our kids din really groom well :scared: anyway some will prefer PI and I'm okay with that but I might bring my girl go to Fluff as I know people there sure can groom my girl well also.

We have our own choice of groomers and you can still voice out about Pets Icon but I need stressed out that, there might be NOT many people who agreed with us as I said earlier, we do have our own groomers which we trust
