How does weebo drink water? From bowl or the dispenser? Does her face get wet frequently? When u dry her face daily, apply whitening powder as well.... If now dun combat n let the stain stay there, soon it will bcome permanent stain....
And if possible, mop floor every day or every 2 days, coz they sort of act like a mop as well with the white n long hair....

haha.... last time seraph loved to lick ice cubes.... but not for teething problem, is coz weather hot, so she enjoy the coolness.... =.=
and ice cubes more effective to stop her heavy panting compared to just water....

muchan, how do you tell which of them is the one on heat? just by looking at the swollen private parts or got other indication? especially when got more than 1, blood stain all over also duno from who....

lol.... signs of "grandparents" spoiling the "grand furkid"....

ya, as what muchan said, there is a type of plastic cage, where the base is solid, not bars, but its slightly more expensive la.... but good for their feet.... also got a type of playpen that made of plastic instead of metal which can rust.... i use those although more expensive but i feel its safer coz wun rust.... and dont leave your puppy outside the house, nowadays many dognapping cases....

When u wipe her, did u apply whitening powder after drying her face hair?

Normally each time after drying the face, i'll comb in some whitening powder.... 1 is for whitening purpose another is for keeping the area dry abit longer.... 1 full tub of madan whitening powder can really last a long time....

i thought heartgard is specifically for heartworms while dewomers are for intestinal worms?
anyway, last time i use revolution coz it covers both ticks & fleas problem as well as heartworm protection.... afterall, her body so small size n she hardly go out, so no point giving individual medication which may be too much toxins in her body later.... n 1 vial of revolution for small dogs can last me 3-4 times if i dont accidentally spill it coz the vet gave me a shringe and will calculate the dosage how much to give depending on body weight instead of over giving coz it covers till dogs that are 5kg....

try apply their hair cream? not sure outside got what other brands, but last time i bought the hair cream from Kinzonu to improve seraph's dry hair ends....

lol... not sure where is it now, or whether still around or not.... when i went back home for holiday, her stuffs all kept by my family already....

and the spray from kinzonu is really good too.... use the spray n cream together can see some results.... when i got use (coz that time not diligent to apply everyday) her fur will have less tangles.... u can try contact him to order.... he has got quite a range of products too.... especially when he is a groomer+maltese breeder....

Added on September 29, 2011, 12:03 amlol... seraph used to have 3 types of sprays, 1 cream, 1 powder, 3 shampoos, 2 conditioners.... all just for hair care the 1st spray i bought is anti static by coat handler (i read from other maltese forum that this brand quite good), later bought from kinzonu that spray n cream, n also queenbless magic mist....

When i'm in the mood for a thorough n super complete combing session for her, the anti static spray use 1st for easy combing out n sorting the tangles coz i use the greyhound comb slowly dig the tangles.... Next i use magic mist for her face n neck for stain removal n maintain white coat purpose as well as ear cleaning n bad breath.... After that the body spray with kinzonu's spray layer by layer n wait awhile before comb in.... Cant just spray on the surface layer if not the inside still will tangle....
I also use the spray when i do wrapping....
As for moustache part, magic mist then comb then madan whitening powder....
I'm fortunate that she is very patient with me on the table even though sometimes i accidently pull the tangle too hard she just scream or try to bite me, after that lie down again for me to continue.... Sometimes until want to tertidur.... =.="

Kinzonu did mention he has whitening powder too n suppose to have anti bacterial properties if i not mistaken, but that time didnt buy coz broke d n madan still have alot....

hahaha.... coz seraph's coat is quite thick.... so kinzonu teach me need to spray n comb layer by layer.... the only time she will get excited during grooming is when the pink comb appears, coz it means grooming is coming to an end....

ya we do bring them to parks (eg desapark city, bandar utama central park) they have a huge park with walk lanes.... try to avoid rainy seasons as some maltese love to run to the grassy area.... and also if you wanna prevent ticks & fleas from infesting on your maltese, remember to use frontline or revolution....

since they need bathing every week or 2, you can coincide his park days with bathing days so that you can bathe him after a playtime in the park.... its good also coz you can check for any ticks or fleas that manage to hook on....

For her own safety, its better u buy around 6 pieces of playpen and barricade an area for her to roam around when nobody is at home, or else u will risk getting her electrocuted.... No matter how trustable your pet is, qhen nobody is at home, the safest is to barricade them within the safety of their playpen....

actually dog food best is dont keep more than 1 or 2 months, because it will lose its freshness and oxidise each time you open and close the bag.... last time seraph takes 2 months to finish 1.5-2kg bag, coz some meals i give her steam meat, and some meals she skip .... so i separated the 1 bag into 2, 1 keep in ziplock bag, the other for me to use up within 1 month....

for the budget and size you want, maybe you can try acana, innova, evangers, taste of the wild, canidae grain free variant.... these are some of the food brands i surveyed last time for seraph.... they are around the 4-5 star range....

if you specifically want small kibbles, acana, f4d and innova has specially for small breed, other brands i'm not sure.... but f4d is the pricey-est, coz they claim to not have preservatives etc....

ya, like wat muchan said....

the food you cant just give new 1 like that, they will get upset stomach.... u need to gradually mix the new food with the old, over a period of few weeks before you can let them go fully on the new food....
