That is an unfair generalization. At least the older generation who built Sg to where it is today isn't as what you described.

Well i agree that the younger generation are a bit pampered. The ones that are 30 and above are better prepared for adversities and challenges.

well, i am not that envious also... but there are times when seeing couples doing sweet things to each other, you'll feel one kind... like... i want that too! you know?
well, i've thought of that... but i don't want to regret... and i've had chances to choose whoever i want and these guys are guys who are very good to me and will sayang me but i didn't choose them cause i don't have any feelings towards them. i can't lie to them or myself... i just can't...
*
Hmm, well i don't know about envious. But i know sometimes i'm impatient, trying to control. Especially during times like Valentine's day hehe. But i guess as you mature things get easier. Especially when you have goals and dreams in life you want to achieve.

i don't think i am a reserved person. i am practically, what you see is what you get... maybe cause of my family background and life experiences which lead me to believe that the goodness in humanity is never meant to exist anymore in life... i don't know... maybe i am afraid, i will hurt that someone... i've hurt some people a great deal in my life and regretted in doing so... just being careful, i guess...

Hehe i'll share with you my story one of these days. I wish you were here in K.L i could take your around with my bunch of friends who are genuinely pleasant people who go around doing good for others. We try to involve ourselves with charity work and community work.

There may be a lot of bad things happening in this world but i know me and my bunch of friends are trying to do our part to add cheer and joy in people's lives. I thank God that i have friends like these in my life. =)

Yup, i love helping people. You know sometimes when you visit old folks homes you really feel for the uncles and aunties there and when you see them smiling and being so thankful that you visited them, that kind of joy is indescribable makes you wanna spread joy to everyone in this world.

nod.gif nod.gif i've had this feeling before... actually, their life in the old folks home is kinda miserable... they just wanted somebody to talk to them, to listen to them... so simple... communication but it's sad to know that their children who left them there, didn't even visit... it's so so sad...
*
Yeah so poor thing. You know some of them be abandon for so long and when young people, visit them and talk to them it's like they are talking to their grandson/daughter or son/daughter and sometimes they will cry because they will feel sad and happy at the same time.

So lonely spending your old age and no one cares for you. Some of them when they were found were homeless not enough to eat, children just abandon without even giving them money or send to old folks.... Sigh.

nod.gif it's a good movie. you should watch it!
life's like that... parents or even just a dad or a mom can take care of few children... some even up to half a dozen or even a dozen of them... but the childrens fail to take care of parents or even a mom or dad, especially in times of need. so so sad...
*
I seldom watch movies hehe, i only do so when my friends ajak to watch movies. I guess i'm a bit weird i must be one of the few Adults who is not into movies/t.v not that i don't like it but i don't go out of my way to watch it.

But since you highly recommend it i'll try to get the dvd. =)
