gah, my windows is rosak and then i go and accidently reinstalled another copy of windows on top of it

looks like gotta reformat that partition

that was my understand as well. first they ask me to repair using the CD and pressing R. then when i pressed R nothing happened so i was like nvm la, just reinstall the windows but it go and install another OS. so when i startup. it prompts me asking which OS i want to use. One which opens up to a new Windows and the other which asks me to repair

The new windows still has all the other files intact - documents, program files. but i cant open any programs due to missing dlls and such

sweety thats what I did. I pressed R but no response. it showed all the partitions and asked me which partition i want to overwrite. which i did

now i got 2 windows folders
