Yes for 64-bit and 32-bit

Suppose if you run 32-bit Windows Vista and you run 64-bit windows 7 , scores would be bit higher !

This is not true for my Pentium D (My Vista CPU score is 4.7 and its 4.7 on 64-bit Windows 7). Pentium D is a weak processor
