i need someone with experience in developing streamyx reseller commission system. Anyone to recommend?

he/she/the team must have experience in developing an online reseller commission system with the following criteria :

1. agents can submit their applications online through the system
2. monitor and claim commissions
3. check status of the applications that is being processed, NEW, Peringkat Awal, Lengkap Siap, etc...
4. manage the inventory stock/modems
5. create sub agents
6. management rights

do let me know if you have done such system before.

I thought Streamyx has their own online reseller system already?

Basically Streamyx will give their agent 1 login access to the system.
