how to install extra fan on side panel... i juz dont want to make a hole on the plastic..

anyother solution?

if u dun wanna put holes how u gonna pull air in / push air out?

if u wanna exhaust hot air from the GC area, id suggest a PCI Blower.

i mean.. can i replace the plastic with wire like cover.. juz like on speaker cover..

and i can mount a fan on it..

i7 provide such original cpu cooler? i tot hsf
u drill hole at left hand corner of the acrylic plate, then buy a nice fan put on it .. aim nicely b4 u drill.

i mean the design .. not the job done ...
if too hot .. take off the side panel... thats easy .

thats the problem.. drilling the acrylic can be pain in the ***...


Added on January 16, 2009, 2:59 pmtaking the side panel can bring alot dust inside.. the heat concentrating in the centre.. bcoz.. the PSU/GPU/CPU/RAM/MOBOS.. all release the heat at the same point..

u drill it carefully , then should be ok .. i drill it yesterday ,, nice .. no crack.

i hav intake slot.. juz waiting to go to LY buy some fan..

but i still wanna remove the heat from side.. bcoz.. the exhaust fan already done it maximum job.. * removing heat as much it can*...

when i feel the wall behind my rig. i can feel the heat.. quite intense.. that y i wanna remove from side..

Try my enermax, so hot that I almost want to cut my side panel into half.

Here is my suggestion,

Take a piece of acrylic and use those hand drill, not Motorized drill and do a practice on it.

owh.. but why i cant remove the acrylic.. and replace with wire like cover.. juz on the speaker cover..

Hmm...

Not to sure about removing the acrylic, but you gotta remove the screw first I guess.
