Hi All. Just got my 5800, but i having problem getting the PC suite to work with the phone. After installing the pc suite, i follow the on-screen wizard, asking me to plug in the usb cable. After that, Windows pop up a screen asking to locate and install the driver. I allowed it. In awhile, an error message will pop up saying windows encoutered a problem installing the device. What did I do wrong? i am using vista ultimate by the way. Hope there is a sifu that can advise. Thx

i cannot get NSU to detect my phone in vista. Phone has been set in pc suite mode. Windows can detect the phone, but not NSU. Any idea?
