I was very interested when someone finally breaked the GMXT for the GPS as I was rather worried about incurring charges for long term use of the GPS function.

I followed the steps on the website and downloaded Virtual Key and Garmin. However, I can't seem to install Virtual Key as instead of the expired certificate issue, I am getting "Certificate error. Please contact supplier". Anyone experience this before? Any solution to this.

Another one is a noob question on Garmin. I have downloaded the latest Garmin Mobile XT Ver 5 but as i understand there is no maps in there (correct me if i am wrong) and Maps need to be installed before i can use it. Anyone mind giving some pointers on this?

Mine is a blue tube, Zitron set.

BTW, i just asked the shop, how much it cost to setup garmin on my Tube. He said RM60.. Wahlau...ripoff. Like that i also wanna do biz, who want to setup garmin on their tube i charge RM30..hahaha. Anyone want??

Ummm...i got a question...browse thru most of the pages n cant seem to get an answer...so here goes, i tried watching youtube using this, but all i hear is sound, no video...whats wrong eh?

I have also sent my Tube to Bangsar NCC. The salesperson gave me the worst case scenario saying that they will fix whatever they can and if they can't they will send it to Menara BGI to get it fixed.

He then made no promise they it will return before CNY if they do send it over. What's more they won't even inform me if they send it over so more or less now I am taken for a ride.

Somemore I am going to lose all my settings again. I just hope the restore function works. All the pain i went thru yesterday to get Garmin installed.......May have to do it again now.

I have sent it in at about 10:20 something just now. Still no news now.

Makes me wonder should I have saved all these hassle and relied on the DIY formula?
