E71 more to business while 5800XM more to entertainment
your budget is Ori or AP ? 5800XM RM1.3k Ori by Zitron,avaxx and sapura..if E71 ori would expensive than 5800
E71 got full QWERTY key while 5800XM fully touch screen..

It's depend on wat you need, ignore the term "budget"..if you bought a phone u doesn't like it and end of the day u sell it out, just wasting your money.
