Hi, noticed the earpiece prob after the 8 days i used. Just send to NCC to fix it today. But 1 thing very weird, 1stly i go the Berjaya Plaza 1st Floor NCC, i told the operator that i was facing the earpiece prob for my new 5800 phone. But u guys know what she reply me? She said it will takes 2 days to fix it. Then i feel very weird coz as i surf at here, there only needs 2 hrs to settle it. Then i ask her again, is there any same case as me b4 came here for repair? She said only 1 case and after they format the OS and update the latest firmware then every  things fine (-__-!!!) What the......
Then I just took back my phone and went to 13th Floor NCC. Luckily the operator there knew this prob and fix it within 3 hrs for me. maybe the Berjaya Plaza 1st Floor NCC workers has to update their self!! Obviously the 1st floor NCC are less customers than the 13th floor NCC!!

Got problem with something call "Album art" on my 5800XM.

Before this I used SE W910i. The album art working fine there. I've embedded album art into mp3 using iTunes/WinAmp. And when the mp3 plays on SE no problemo. The album art showed. But the same mp3 file transfered and play on 5800XM. The result? NOT showing. Why?

God! No surrender. I tried the "hard-way" with 5800XM. Copy album art jpg file on 5800XM's memory card. Set it manually with the mp3. Play. And it SHOW! Just thinking what if we've have 1k mp3s? Crazy lor... Anyone experienced this matter? Any other method that worked successfully?

i think the trick is the bending parts. 
i bend it according to this photo (omg what camera are you using, the earpiece so damn small, gonna have a good zooming camera in order to capture this photo)



once bend it up, the speaker now is crystal clear

Just fixed my earpiece by myself. Yeah, pana, it really scared me when I heard the "piak" sound when opening the bottom part.

When you pry out the earpiece, the connector is attached to its slot, one you pry out the connector, it's difficult/impossible to put it back to the slot. Just leave it out hanging, it's fine. No need to put it back to the slot.

Done now!
