Then I just took back my phone and went to 13th Floor NCC. Luckily the operator there knew this prob and fix it within 3 hrs for me. maybe the Berjaya Plaza 1st Floor NCC workers has to update their self!! Obviously the 1st floor NCC are less customers than the 13th floor NCC!!
