Feel sorry for buyer but should always check the seller's list of buyers. If he's list is few and he's new...you should be careful. Always be careful of new sellers. If possible get double confirmation and testimonials from his previous buyers see if he's okay but...banking any amount of money to a person's a/c is always risky. Even if I trust that seller I still buy a few at a time. It doesn't hurt to be extra careful.
