very limited G&G areas in Kepong......Your budget wont enable you to explore DPC, Sunway SPK, etc.....Perhaps you can try Rimbunan Hijau Phase 1 subsale.....RM700k shud be able to do it...it's a 20x70 leasehold property developed by MetroKajang with VP at least a year ago........subsale may be available....do check whether they are now G&G or not.....
